What does it mean if my photo is low resolution?

Low resolution photos may appear blurry or pixelated on a card when it prints, even though it will look good on your computer screen. There are many reasons why your photo may be low resolution, including if it was taken on a camera phone.

We recommend your photos be at least 1024 x 1024.

If your photo is too low resolution, you can zoom your photo out a little on the card, or find the original photo source and replace it with that.
